In Madagascar, thousands of deaf children grow up without access to language or education. As they get older, acquiring a first language becomes increasingly difficult, and without early support, they risk falling behind. Language deprivation can have lasting effects on a child’s brain, limiting both intellectual growth and social-emotional development.

But it doesn’t have to be like this.

By identifying deaf children early and immersing them in sign language, we can prevent these setbacks and help them reach their full potential.

Here’s what your gift can do:

$25 supports outreach efforts to identify and visit deaf children in rural communities

$50 provides medical and dental care for one student for a year

$100 funds three months of a student’s tuition and living expenses

$500 covers the full annual cost of one student, including tuition, room and board, transportation, school supplies, health and dental care, and parent training fees
